On May 15th, 2008, 7 thousand colleagues from both Taiwan and the Mainland in AURORA Group donated 6.6 million RMB and 3.02 million RMB in teaching materials immediately for the cause of the 512 Great Wenchuan Earthquake. The large LED screen on AURORA International Building also displayed “When disaster struck, help came from all sides.” in clear characters, reminding the entire society to contribute towards the disaster and highlighting the cross-strait bond and compassion between all Chinese people.
