AURORA History

In 2025, Aurora Group celebrated its 60th anniversary. Building on its roots in the office industry, Aurora continues to innovate while upholding its commitment to customer satisfaction, employee well-being, social responsibility, and sustainable growth.

Officially opened in 2024, Aurora Jiangsu Smart Industrial Park achieved LEED Gold Certification, integrating automation, digitalization, smart manufacturing, and green practices into one intelligent factory.

Aurora Group partnered with Italian brand ESTEL to open the AURORA ESTEL Dual-Brand Flagship Showroom in Shanghai, showcasing contemporary Italian workplace design through the concept of “Italian Smart Office.”

Designed by internationally renowned architect Tadao Ando, the Aurora Museum officially opened in October 2013 and is celebrated as a cultural gem along the Huangpu River.

Aurora took part in Expo 2010 Shanghai with the Aurora Pavilion, themed “Chinese Jade Culture · A New Urban Style,”
becoming one of 18 companies worldwide to build an independent corporate pavilion.

Located in Lujiazui, Aurora International Tower became a striking landmark along the Huangpu River, reflecting Aurora’s commitment to building a leading Chinese brand and pursuing sustainable growth.

Operating under the AURORA brand, the company expanded actively into the office furniture market.

Aurora established its Education Center in Jiading, Shanghai, planting approximately 13,000 trees across 60,000 m² of landscaped grounds. In 1997, its Jiading manufacturing facilities for steel, wood, and seating products began production.

Aurora published 「Aurora’s Corporate Philosophy」, establishing customer satisfaction, employee well-being, social responsibility, and sustainable growth as shared values across the organization.

Guided by a commitment to giving back to society, Aurora launched Aurora Monthly, a cultural publication sharing insights on business management, arts, and culture while promoting exchange and learning between business and society.

Aurora Group was founded in Taipei in 1965, introducing its first desktop calculator and time clock. With the vision “Better Work, Better Life,” Aurora has continued to provide workplace solutions for better ways of working.
